Privacy Policy

At Cat360, we take your (and your cat’s) privacy seriously.
- Authentication: We use Google Sign-In via Firebase Authentication. We do not store your Google password. We only access your basic profile information (email and name) to create your account.
- Data Storage: Your cat’s data is stored securely in Google Cloud (Firebase Firestore). All data is personal to your household and is protected by robust security rules.
- Third-Party Services: We do not sell your data to third parties. We use Firebase for core functionality and RevenueCat for subscription management.
- Local Data: The app uses local storage on your device to ensure a smooth, offline-first experience. This data is cleared upon logout.

By using Cat360, you agree to the following:
- Not Medical Advice: Cat360 is a management and tracking tool. It is NOT a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your veterinarian with any questions regarding a medical condition.
- Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
- Subscriptions: Payments are handled via Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled 24 hours before the period ends.
- Fair Use: You agree not to use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- “As Is” Basis: The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind.
